The other evenings you are free to escape to discover the different cuisines from the Réunion Island. On the terrace, with the Bay of Saint Leu as scenery and the austral constellations as  ceiling, Cyrille will astonish you with his fine cuisine, melting his Beaujolais’ roots with  local products a free inspiration of the Creole cooking. The service includes : a punch, samoussas or bouchons, a starter, a main course, un dessert, a vanilla coffee or an infusion or, with an extra, a Bourbon Pointu Grand Cru premium coffee our home made arranged rum Beautiful wines are proposed with your dinner as well as local mineral waters   Some Villa Mascarine specials :  Foie gras escalope and his roasted mango, Scallops at effilochée, duck magret vanilla  flavoured and mashed sweet potatoes with curcuma, creole pumpkin gaspacho, coconut  milk risotto and roasted tiger shrimps in satay sauce, chocolate mi-cuit, vanilla coffee  panacotta, ginger crème brûlée,   ...
